McElhanney is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Vancouver as Fleet and Equipment Coordinator. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background supporting surveying, construction, engineering, or warehouse and fleet coordination. What You'll Do • Manage company vehicle fleet dealing with tracking and maintenance of on-road and off-road vehicles • Manage and track equipment location and storage using spreadsheets or other software • Organizing maintenance and service • Purchasing and deploying new equipment • Liaising with Survey Manager and staff to address needs of people and projects. What You'll Bring • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with vehicles, equipment, and tools. • Experience with pulling a trailer and loading and unloading ATV's and snowmobiles. • Experience using Trimble survey equipment and software is an asset. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High productivity, attention to detail, and an ability to work well as a team player • Experience with • Asset lifecycle management and inventory control • Fleet coordination and compliance • Warehouse operations and compliance • Equipment logistics and preventative maintenance • Asset tracking systems What Can We Offer You? The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 per annum. McElhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual's education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications.
