Ford Elite Commercial Center, is seeking an experienced Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial vehicle business.
Responsibilities:- Drive growth in fleet and commercial vehicle sales
- Manage, coach, and develop a Fleet Sales Representative
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, government, and fleet accounts
- Work closely with Retail Sales Managers and other department leaders to align inventory, pricing, and processes
- Ensure compliance with Ford fleet programs and Elite Commercial Center standards
Requirements:Work Schedule:- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (minimum)
- Additional hours will be required based on business needs, customer demands, or special circumstances
Qualifications:- Automotive dealership experience or sales experience *required*, preferably in fleet or commercial sales
- Very strong dealer-based sales background
- Proven leadership and sales growth experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel locally; no overnights required except for occasional training or industry events
