Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of fishing and whipstock experience.
• High School diploma required; 2 years College preferred.
• General knowledge of oilfield equipment.
• Mechanical ability for equipment repairs.
• Valid Driver license required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently when necessary.
• Strong collaboration and effective teamwork skills required in a dynamic team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Fishing and Re-entry equipment on-site.
• Provide onsite support to customers during field operations.
• Assist in testing and adjusting equipment for optimal performance.
• Report daily on ongoing Fishing and Re-entry operations.
• Collaborate closely with the onshore operations team.
• Recommend improvements to enhance methods and efficiency.
• Complete job reports accurately and timely.
• Support onshore maintenance activities if necessary.
• Participate in client and company safety systems during operations.
• Adapt to changing work environments and conditions effectively.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
• Engage in continuous training to enhance operational knowledge.
• Comply with Weatherford's Quality Policy and safety rules.
• Ensure high-quality completion of work assignments.
