We're looking for a First Vice President, Financial Advisor to:
• Provide comprehensive wealth management for international clients, primarily in Latin America. Work with multiple foreign currencies and transactions.
• Maintain contacts in, and cultural understanding of countries in which clients are serviced. Study and evaluate global financial and economic factors and financial accounting reports to measure and track business and financial performance.
• Triage with offshore investors to develop comprehensive investment strategies and programs focusing on specific financial, business and product factors. Evaluate internal and external business and related financial data on current and prospective international clients.
• Perform research for and analyze investment opportunities for offshore clientele with understanding of the special needs, products and legal structures used by offshore clientele and the firm's business with them. Prepare and present verbal and written communications, reports and presentations to international clients, dealing with individual clients' options and the Firm's advice.

Salary Range & Work Schedule: $179,088 to $250,000 /year, 40 hrs/wk. This notice is being posted in connection with an application for permanent Alien Labor Certification. Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement:
• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field of study plus 8 years of experience in the job offered or 8 years of experience as a Client Advisor, Wealth Management, or a related occupation.
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field of study and 10 years of experience in the job offered or 10 years of experience as a Client Advisor, Wealth Management or a related occupation in lieu of Master's degree and 8 years of experience.
Position requires experience with the following:
• Wealth management advisory services to high international net worth clientele; managing and developing client relationships and establishing strategies for acquiring new private clients, business development and risk management; Portfolio construction and asset allocation among all asset classes including mutual funds (equity and fixed income), hedge funds, private equity, real estate, structured notes, bonds (corporate and sovereign); Selecting alternative investments such as cash, fixed income, equities, foreign currencies, commodities, and discretionary asset management on behalf of clients; Formulating hedge fund and option strategies; Evaluating global financial and economic factors and financial accounting reports to measure and track business and financial performance; Developing comprehensive investment strategies and programs for offshore investors.

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 179088 - max USD 250000 /annum
