This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety regulations and standards. We are ideally looking for someone who can work onsite in our temecula office, HOWEVER, most of our employees
work REMOTE! Remote is an option if needed!
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple fire sprinkler projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Conduct site visits to assess project status and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare detailed estimates for fire sprinkler installations and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with local fire codes and regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including supervision of site personnel.
Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire sprinkler system design and installation.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, including fire alarm systems.
- Experience Estimating
- Familiarity with estimating software and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
