Fire Sales Specialist

About the Role:

The Fire Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration of fire safety and protection products within their designated territory. This role will closely collaborate with their Regional Manager and the Director of Sales to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders to ensure the successful promotion and adoption of our manufacturing solutions. The manager will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's footprint in the territory. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service is essential to tailor offerings that meet client needs and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in enhancing fire safety standards through innovative product solutions while contributing to the company's long-term success in a competitive marketplace.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Fire Protection, or equivalent experience in a related field or expertise.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry or related fire service experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a territory management role or meeting deliverables in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, codes, and standards.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory and outside the territory when required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with or for fire protection contractors, distributors, or municipal fire departments.
