Expand your skillset by joining a well-established team while gaining knowledge across multiple disciplines and project oversight.

Responsibilities:
  • Design of fire suppression and fire alarm systems for academic, commercial, healthcare, life sciences and mission critical projects.
  • Design and layout automatic sprinkler, standpipes, high rise fire pumps, gaseous agent suppression, fire alarm, voice evacuation, mass notification, special technology fire detection and smoke control.
  • Coordinate with design team to lead related portions of construction planning
  • Field reports, RFI responses and FP / FA shop drawing and submittal reviews.
  • Survey existing project sites to document existing conditions and to assess existing FP / FA infrastructure.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience designing fire protection and fire alarm systems.
  • Create and modify technical drawings
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Fire Protection Engineering.
  • Revit or AutoCAD knowledge
  • EIT, PE is a plus
  • LEED is a plus

Flexible & Hybrid Culture

Compensation range is $120,000 to $160,000 plus bonus eligible dependent on years of experience, licensure, education, geographic location, and project portfolio.
