  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Track all sales activities and opportunities within CRM system

Piper Electric Co., Inc. is an award-winning electrical contractor with over 40 years of service in the Denver metro area. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, code-compliant electrical solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. As our Fire Alarm Division continues to expand, we're seeking a dedicated sales professional to help grow our customer base and project backlog.

Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Fire Alarm Account Manager to drive revenue growth for our Fire Alarm Division. This role focuses on identifying and developing new opportunities for fire alarm system installations, service contracts, upgrades, and code compliance inspections. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of construction or project-based sales experience, including 3+ years specifically focused on fire alarm systems, and have a strong network in the Denver construction or property management space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the fire alarm space
  • Manage a pipeline of projects including new construction, retrofits, code compliance upgrades, and ongoing service contracts
  • Conduct client consultations and site visits to understand project requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • Work closely with estimating, design, and project management teams to develop accurate scopes and pricing

Preferred Qualifications

  • NICET Certification (Level I or higher) in Fire Alarm Systems
  • Experience with fire alarm manufacturers such as Notifier, Siemens, EST, or Silent Knight
  • Knowledge of permitting processes and jurisdictional inspection coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field is a plus
