- Draft and manage customer RFIs; recommend and execute actions (clear, freeze, block, offboard) per the escalation matrix
- Prepare SAR/STR-ready narratives and evidence packs, and support suspicious activity reporting workflows
- Support law enforcement requests and jurisdiction-sensitive matters requiring US-based handling
What You'll Bring- 4+ years in AML, fraud, transaction monitoring, or financial crimes investigations, including experience with complex or escalated casework (fintech or crypto strongly preferred)
- Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States
- Deep working knowledge of AML/CFT typologies
- Strong understanding of the US regulatory landscape: BSA/AML, OFAC sanctions, and SAR filing expectations
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and blockchain analytics tools such as Sardine, Elliptic or others
- Excellent investigative writing - able to produce audit-ready case narratives and evidence packs
