Your key responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager in our SAP Financial Services practice, you are expected to be a leader across both program delivery and practice development. This role requires a strong focus program sales and delivery along with people leadership. Development of our consulting staff and practice delivery capabilities will be critical aspects of your role.

Skills and attributes for success:

A successful senior manager will be drive Firm development initiatives and manage sub-practice areas. The ability to lead multiple threads of work and teams successfully is critical to your success. You will be a critical member of the leadership team working with our program leads and key subject matter advisors (SMA) to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive solution will be delivered on-time and on-budget to the utmost satisfaction of our clients.

Ideal candidates for this role will have the following skills and attributes:
  • 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ year of system implementation execution including experience with the full system development lifecycle delivery
  • Experience with leading cross functional programs from 10-20 resources onsite and 30+ offshore / global delivery
  • Provent track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in the profession service field including development strategic responses to client requests for proposals
  • Deep understanding of SAP based transformation and drivers for efficiency leveraging core S/4 capabilities
  • Experience leading teams through initial program phases including business case development and program support infrastructure stand up
  • Understanding AI based delivery capabilities and methodologies
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable experience working
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
  • Strong focus on developing staff through mentoring and coaching
  • Undergraduate / Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field
  • Prior consulting industry experience
  • Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module
  • A willingness to work in EY offices averaging 2-3 days per week and travel as needed to client project sites - estimated at 25-30%

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
