About the roleWe are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead key accounting activities at COUNTRY Financial. This role will oversee financial reporting, accounting policies and controls, regulatory reporting, and the maintenance of accurate accounting records, including the general ledger and financial statements. The ideal candidate will also provide leadership to the finance and accounting team by developing talent, strengthening processes, and ensuring the efficient operation of the financial reporting function.
How does this role make an impact?- Coordinates the preparation of financial statements and related schedules/exhibits for internal management and regulatory agencies.
- Oversees compliance with statutory accounting principles and procedures, generally accepted accounting practices and procedures, as well as regulatory and other external financial filing requirements.
- Researches and implements changes in accounting rules, regulatory filing requirements, organization and company operations. Provides guidance to other areas as it relates to financial reporting requirements.
- Manages the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas. Maintains current contact information for all employees in applicable areas and communicates with non-recovery employees during a disaster.

- CPA preferred
- Audit knowledge
- Experience with regulatory filings
- Experience with financial statement filings
Base Pay Range:$114,000-$156,750
The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
