PositionThe Financial Reporting Lead is responsible for the analysis and production of consolidated financial reports for clients of the Global Family Office. This individual participates in the collaborative and team-centric approach to servicing clients across the Wealth Planning Center.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review balance sheets, profit & losses, consolidated reports, and ad hoc analytical reports
- Gather client information across investment institutions and reconcile investment reports (capital gains, interest/dividend income, alternative/fixed income securities, cash flow, budgets etc.)
- Update and review financial reports and provide analysis to the planning team
- Respond to the planning team requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide technical expertise in client reporting processes and systems
- Act as a reviewer for other employees performing similar functions
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required, CPA preferred
- 15+ years of related experience with a broad understanding of investment assets and associated reports
- Experience with Fixed Income/Alternative assets a plus
Skills- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Advanced QuickBooks Online skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and diligent with ability to work independently or as a team

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
