Full Job Description
What You Will Do:

  • Lead & Develop the Team - Guide, coach, and develop Financial Planning & Analysis team members while driving performance and growth.
  • Deliver Business Insights - Analyze financial and operational results to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and business performance.
  • Lead Strategic Analysis - Conduct what-if analysis and evaluate the financial impact of business changes and new opportunities.
  • Partner with Leadership - Build strong relationships with executives and field leadership to support action planning and business decisions
  • Drive Planning & Forecasting - Improve budgeting and planning accuracy while supporting long-term financial strategies.
  • Enhance Reporting & KPIs - Develop and refine key performance indicators and reporting to improve visibility and drive results.
