What You'll Be Doing - Assist in monthly close and reporting processes
- Support forecasting and budgeting activities
- Prepare variance analysis reports and summarize key trends
- Maintain and update financial models and KPI dashboards
- Support analysis on:
- Marketing performance (e.g., CAC)
- Sales performance and commissions
- Operating expenses and efficiency initiatives
- Compile data for management and board reporting
- Perform ad hoc analyses and data pulls to support decision-making
Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise- 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, advisory/consulting, or banking
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in FP&A
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications- Internship or experience in fintech or startups
- Exposure to financial modeling or analytics tools
- Familiarity with financial statements and KPIs

Compensation RangeThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $83,700-$104,100annually.
