Full Job Description
This position is based onsite at our Los Angeles, CA location. Candidates must be able to work in-office as part of the role's regular schedule.

A Day in the Life

The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will support core financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain exposure to business partnerships and strategic finance in a high-growth environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist in monthly close and reporting processes
  • Support forecasting and budgeting activities
  • Prepare variance analysis reports and summarize key trends
  • Maintain and update financial models and KPI dashboards
  • Support analysis on:
    • Marketing performance (e.g., CAC)
    • Sales performance and commissions
    • Operating expenses and efficiency initiatives
  • Compile data for management and board reporting
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and data pulls to support decision-making


Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, advisory/consulting, or banking
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in FP&A
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities


Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship or experience in fintech or startups
  • Exposure to financial modeling or analytics tools
  • Familiarity with financial statements and KPIs

Compensation Range

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $83,700-$104,100annually.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Physical Requirements
