Work you'll do As a Senior Consultant on the Modeling and Insights team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading delivery efforts that support clients through decision-making processes across transactions, business planning, and operational assessments
- Developing and delivering financial models and analyses for transactions, strategic business planning, and operational decision-making
- Analyzing model outputs and communicating actionable insights to clients using technical and commercial judgment
- Designing and enhancing financial models into scalable, reusable tools that support scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and long-term planning
- Supporting practice growth through business development, marketing, training delivery, and coaching junior practitioners

The team Our
Modeling & Insights (M&I) team (a market offering within our Valuation & Modeling team) delivers clients the confidence to act on strategic decisions by transforming complexity into clarity through financial expertise, modeling tools, and strategic insight.
Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another business major
- 2+ years of financial modeling experience
- 3+ years of experience in a consulting firm or industry role performing financial modeling, strategic planning analysis, and presentation of findings to business stakeholders
- Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred: - Progress toward CPA, CFA, or equivalent credential
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Python, SQL, or similar tools to build finance-led models and analytics
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,300 to $207,800.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
