The Opportunity

As a Financial Markets & Real Estate - Real Estate Consulting Director, you will lead efforts to analyze client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and provide strategic guidance to optimize financial performance and decision-making. Within our Finance Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client engagements and driving business growth. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, inspire others, and cultivate the next generation of leaders. You are expected to uphold PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, fostering environments where people and technology thrive together.

In this role at PwC, you will leverage your broad understanding of finance consulting to offer comprehensive support to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for translating vision into actionable strategies, making impactful decisions, and maintaining executive-level client relations. Your leadership will be crucial in developing new ideas and solutions, promoting technological advances, and identifying market opportunities to drive success for the firm. You will actively collaborate across the PwC Network, understanding tradeoffs and leveraging collective strengths to maximize client satisfaction.

What You Must Have

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $348,500. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
