The Opportunity

As a Financial Markets & Real Estate - Asset Back Diligence - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their financial needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide strategic guidance to optimize their financial performance. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver comprehensive consulting services that enhance decision-making and help clients achieve their financial goals.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and managing complex situations. You will guide and mentor junior team members, using your skills to navigate ambiguity and deliver quality work. Your role involves anticipating the needs of your teams and clients, and using critical thinking to break down complex concepts.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs and developing financial solutions that are tailored to specific business requirements. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
