Position Description:Manageproduction and analysis of company-wide monthly and quarterly reports, developfinancial models for profit planning, supporting external audit, and lead adhoc analyses and studies.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:Create supportive environment to develop high performing finance team, provide training opportunities and engage in coaching and mentoring relationships.
Lead analysts and other related team members, provide timely performance feedback and contribute to performance
appraisals during annualperformance cycle, utilizing talent management systems.
Develop and deliver training to educate staff members regarding related department processes.
Take leading role in streamlining and improving department processes.
Lead quarterly and monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis including backlog, sales, earnings, cash, write downs, claims, risks and reserves, and provisions, while ensuring continuous improvement of financial reporting to meet evolving business needs.
Develop and prepare complex special studies and ad-hoc financial analysis by leveraging capabilities of financial enterprise system.
Play lead role in annual profit planning process including development of calendar, analysis of economic indicators for construction market, consolidation and analysis of business unit financial data, development of financial models to assess potential risks and chances, produce presentation, and coordination and participation of review meetings. Recommend improvements to processes.
Support annual external audit including daily communication with auditor, provide assistance and explanations as required, and yearly analysis of risk provisions.
Manage risk management reporting to parent company, include risk memo and claims report.
Prepare presentation materials for CEO and CFO.

- Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field of study, required, with 6 years of related experience, advanced business degree and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required, either completed or with commitment to pursue, if Bachelor's Degree is not in finance or accounting
Senior Cost Analyst or project accounting experience preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IAS, OCI)
Construction industry experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of financial policy, procedures and internal controls and able to identify problems, make recommendations, and resolve problems to completion
Supervisory management experience required with ability to observe performance, identify areas of development, and effectively provide performance feedback
Keen analytic ability to review, assess and interpret trends of large quantities of disparate financial data required
Ability to manage many activities, requests, and short-cycle deadlines simultaneously for self and team
Ability to delegate and oversee work efforts of small team and manage work efforts of both internal and external resources
Efficiently utilize resources to meet company and customer requirements
Must be highly organized, able to prioritize competing demands, detail oriented, maintain accuracy, and self-check work and work of others
Lead by example and set standards for performance and behavior; act with integrity and professionalism, strong dedication to develop high performance teams

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office suite of applications including advanced MS Excel skills, financial system applications (e.g., SAP), and experience with Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC)
Ability to build data analytic frameworks using BI tools (e.g., Tableau or ClickView)
Professional presence with advanced written and verbal skills
Exercises independent judgment and discretion related to business and people matters, maintains composure and objectivityin stressful situations
