THE WORK

In this role, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of CH-53K Operations Labor Hours EAC and Risk, including:
• Developing and maintaining Labor Hours weekly actuals Manufacturing, Quality and SRR analysis
• Creating and maintaining monthly ETC estimates that serve as the foundation for the sales monthly Outlook and LRP
• Documenting enhancements to standard work including detailed process descriptions and flows
• Defining assumptions within the actuals and ETC for the Aircraft deliverables
• Supporting system implementation activities related to new software tools such as the EAC Vault in 2026.
• Ensuring ongoing alignment between Industrial Engineers (IEs), Operations Senior Leadership, Program Finance and FP&A
• Supporting weekly process and Tableau Loads
• Supporting month-end close activities
• Serving as a functional tester for related system changes

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Identifying and quantifying analysis that does not meet the expectations of the business.
• Developing, reviewing, and executing capture and customer profile requests.
• Collaborating with Capture Managers, Program Managers, and Technical Subject Matter Experts to develop strategic GENBOE proposals

We are a collaborative, cross-functional team that partners closely with Operations Senior Leadership, Program Finance and FP&A to deliver reliable, Operations Productions Labor build profiles. Our work supports critical financial operations and enables informed decision-making across the enterprise.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a detail-oriented SAP, Tableau, and Hyperion functional Operations Finance Lead who understands end-to-end business processes and how they translate into executable Operations Production builds. You are comfortable balancing day-to-day operational support with project-based work, thrive in a matrixed environment, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.

Basic Qualifications

Generally has 5+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
Experience in Operations Productions
Excel, SAP, Hyperion and Tableau experience.

Desired skills
• Prior experience with process improvements, advanced excel data analytics, strong organizational skills, and program finance deliverables / business rhythms.
• Experience with earned value management requirements.
• Candidate must possess strong analytical skills and be able to turn data into information.

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $103,700 - $179,860. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
