ABOUT THIS ROLE

St. Michael's is hiring a Financial Management SME to support an IC client. As the Financial Management SME, you will act as a primary liaison with senior Government stakeholders, addressing financial management concerns, mitigating risks, and advising on strategic solutions with evolving mission needs. WHO YOU ARE
  • Active Top-Secret SCI w/CI Poly or higherclearance
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in a business management, accounting, or finance concentration.
  • A minimum of five (5) years demonstrated experience in Federal planning, programming and budgeting, financial data analysis.
  • A minimum of five (5) years demonstrated experience conducting analysis from complex and diverse sources and explain or identify issue impacts and alternatives.
  • Deep understanding of Federal financial management principles and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) lifecycle and key documents such as the Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Public Sector Budget (PSB), and Congressional Budget Justification book (CBJB).
  • Excellent reading, writing, analytics, and reporting skills; including a high level of proficiency with MS Excel and other database/financial management tools.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • SME level expertise in PPBE, program/project programming, planning, budgeting, and execution efforts. Including leveraging program/project management best practices, policy, resource defense, report and document reviewing/editing, Acquisition principles and practices, strategic planning, scheduling and project management.
  • Be a trusted advisor to government clients as it relates to crafting strategic and communications plans for the delivery of capabilities and services.
  • Be a primary liaison with Government stakeholders, addressing financial management concerns, mitigating risks, and advising on strategic solutions with evolving mission needs.

COMPENSATION: As required by applicable law, St. Michael's Inc. provides reasonable pay ranges for positions based on labor market conditions in locations where compensation transparency is required. The base pay range for this position is $140,000 to $190,000. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, relevant skills, experience, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
