MissionAs the Site Controller, you are responsible for accounting, reporting, finance, tax, and audit activities, in addition to enforcing Group and site policies accordingly. Supervise financial staff and ensure tasks and objectives are met while employing sound and ethical standards.
Duties - Manage and prioritize the accounting and financial functions within the site.
- Act as a project lead, as required.
- Manage and coordinate the drafting of budgets, plans, forecasts, and examine all ways of improving performance by investigating variances or discrepancies.
- Hands-on cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial stewardship. Manage standard costing system, review, and update costs to ensure appropriate valuation and minimize variances that are non-operational.
- Oversee and review CAPEX plans and manage fixed assets. Uses financial methods to understand ROI and capital employed ROA.
- Ensure adherence to both legal and Group standards.
- Responsible for legal entity filings, including tax, POAs, etc.
- Measure, report, and enact plans to improve working capital.
- Advise site management on all matters related to the financial health of the business, including oversight of the monthly P&L report.
- Supervise all accounting, cash management and management control activities.
Required Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Management, MBA preferred
- Five years minimum experience in Accounting Management Experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- High computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and worksheet functionality
- Financial background in manufacturing environment preferred
- Understanding and working knowledge of GAAP

Salary $90,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
