Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance required.
• CPA designation mandatory.
• At least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role, such as Controller or Director of Finance.
• Proficient in financial reporting, cash flow management, payroll, and budgeting processes.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, particularly with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems, with a preference for NetSuite; acquisition experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of six accounting professionals.
• Oversee all accounting operations, financial reports, and maintain internal controls.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and maintain banking relationships.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Support clinic acquisitions through due diligence and integration processes.
• Monitor financial KPIs, providing actionable recommendations for enhancing profitability.
• Enhance financial processes, systems, and automation.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, external accountants, vendors, and joint venture partners.
• Engage in strategic planning, supporting the CEO and senior leadership.
