Qualifications

• Strong educational background in accounting or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain composure.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial statements.
• Experience in cash administration and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete financial statements for the organization.
• Monitor daily paperwork flow to maintain accuracy.
• Post all financial documents, including invoices and receipts, into the system daily.
• Review and correct inventory schedules weekly for discrepancies.
• Ensure timely payments by reviewing accounts payable schedules.
• Write checks when necessary to fulfill obligations.
• Provide friendly customer assistance to walk-in inquiries when needed.
• Monthly review and reconciliation of all financial statements.
• Manage cash administration activities, including bank records and expense control.
• Perform monthly and yearly account reconciliation and audits.
• Oversee the purchase and control of office supplies and equipment.
• Handle all accounting functions and procedure oversight.
