As a
Financial Consultant within Capital Finance, you will partner with business and technology leaders to support strategic investment decisions, capital planning, and portfolio governance. This role is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, developing business cases, forecasting capital spend, and monitoring the realization of expected benefits. You will provide financial leadership and insights that help guide enterprise investment decisions and maximize the value of capital deployment.
This position is full time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.
Primary Responsibilities:- Develop and manage financial analyses related to capital investments, strategic initiatives, and portfolio performance
- Lead capital planning, forecasting, and budget modeling activities
- Partner with business leaders to develop, refine, and validate financial business cases and expected benefit streams
- Monitor capital project performance against approved funding, forecast assumptions, and benefit commitments
- Prepare and communicate financial reports, investment analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees
- Conduct variance analysis on capital spending, project forecasts, and realized benefits, identifying risks and opportunities
- Support capital governance processes, including funding approvals, portfolio reviews, and executive decision support
- Drive financial transparency and accountability across investment portfolios through reporting, analysis, and performance tracking
Additional Responsibilities:- Present findings, recommendations, and financial insights to leaders to support enterprise investment decisions
- Support the development and continuous improvement of capital management processes, reporting tools, and governance frameworks

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, OR equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 2+ years of progressive experience in capital finance, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or portfolio management
- Experience with identifying financial risks and opportunities, evaluating their impact, and developing actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Ability to lead forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting for strategic initiatives
- Ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across a matrixed organization, partnering with business, technology, and finance stakeholders
- Ability to work any of our full time, shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with supporting capital investment decisions through financial modeling, business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and investment prioritization
- Experience with supporting capital portfolios, tracking benefit realization, and supporting post-investment performance reviews
- Experience with supporting capital governance processes, funding approvals, and executive or investment committee presentations
- Knowledge of financial reporting, capital allocation methodologies, and strategic investment planning within a large, complex organization
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
