Join the team as a Financial Consultant supporting the financial analysis, forecasting, and performance management of pharmaceutical rebate programs. In this role, you will help monitor rebate performance, identify opportunities to optimize client arrangements, and partner cross-functionally to improve financial outcomes. This position is well suited for a detail-oriented finance professional who can manage complex analysis, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and take ownership of financial performance issues from discovery through resolution.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:- Develop, perform, and manage the financial analysis and performance management of pharmaceutical rebate programs
- Analyze rebate contract performance to identify trends, risks, underperforming client arrangements, and opportunities to maximize and optimize financial results
- Develop and maintain financial reports that clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast, and budget
- Partner with key stakeholder teams across client management, industry relations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, finance to manage rebate contract performance
- Support client optimization initiatives by identifying root causes of financial underperformance and coordinating corrective action plans
- Partner with the business to develop, recommend, and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies
- Take ownership of financial performance issues from discovery through analysis, recommendation, implementation, and follow-up
- Prepare financial insights and recommendations that support leadership decision-making, improve rebate program performance, and strengthen operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or a related analytical role
- Experience conducting complex financial analysis involving contracts, performance metrics, forecasts, trends, and variances
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using PowerPoint to summarize financial information for business stakeholders
- Demonstrated analytical skills with solid attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
- Demonstrated ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance partners
- Demonstrated ownership mentality, including the ability to take issues from identification through solution implementation
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting pharmaceutical rebate programs
- Experience with Rx Max software
- Experience in creating and using financial modelling tools, spreadsheets, and information acquisition tools including interpreting and reviewing financial modelling results to evaluate the financial impact of contract changes and develop forecasts
- Proven ability to utilize data to understand business drivers and opportunities and leveraging insights to influence decision-making with Senior Leadership

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
