Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP and A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience with executing full-cycle FP and A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience with managing FP and A for data center function.
- Excellent work ethic and integrity.
- Experience with partnership and collaboration across stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL, with excellent financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities - Collaborate with business partners to optimize planning, forecasting, and management of the data center operating teams.
- Use investigative and modeling skills to help drive investment decisions, reduce risks, make resource trade-offs while keeping agility for the business.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Business/Product teams to ensure a holistic approach for decision making, regulatory compliance, accurate analytics and reporting, and data collection.
- Work with management across Finance and the business to drive key financial metrics and improve financial insight and practices.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure optimal management, Return On Investment (ROI) metrics, and resource allocation.
