Position Description: Senior Financial Management Analyst supporting HQMC P&R Budget Execution Division in the areas of financial execution data management, field level execution monitoring and corrections, and current year operational support.
This position is located in Arlington, Virginia.
Your future duties and responsibilities: Current and prior year execution monitoring and analysis
Developing Business Process Narratives (BPN) for USMC Financial processes
Creating Financial Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for HQMC financial managers
PBIS to DAI Reconciliations
Midyear Review Support and Analysis
Corrective Action Plan (CAP) development for audit related findings
Provide FM subject matter expertise for process automation
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: BS/BA in Accounting, Auditing, Business Management, or related field
Thorough knowledge of DoD and/or USMC Financial Management processes
10+ years of experience in in DoD/USMC Financial Management
Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) of DoD Fm Certification Level II
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
Experience with DAI, FM Data Analysis, and familiarization with process automation
Prior experience at HQMC P&R or USMC Major Command level Financial Management a big plus

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 $172,400.00.
