Job Details

Financial Analysts are responsible for analyzing financial data, trends, and performance to provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making purposes. They assess the financial health of a company, analyze market trends, prepare financial reports, and make forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning. Financial Analysts also evaluate investment opportunities, assess risk, and monitor financial performance against benchmarks. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis are essential for success in this role.

Collect accrual information from R&D team with professional judgement
Book Journal Entries during monthly close including both Reclass and Accrual entries
Distribute Monthly R&D Expense Reporting, perform variance analysis on Actual results versus Forecast, AOP as needed
Provide spend by vendor reporting including historical trending as needed
Analysis and coordinate with AP, Procurement and R&D team to resolve payment issues and drive efficiency
Review R&D purchase orders to ensure all spends get correctly coded to the right cost string
Streamline, standardize, and automate meaningful financial reporting across functions
Act as system expert for accounting, reporting and planning tools (ORACLE Cloud, EPBCS)
Complete monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations and quarterly Balance Sheet review
Build and load financial Forecasts, Annual Operating Plan, and Strategic Plan for R&D Function
Support ad hoc projects or business requests.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, "flexible time off" for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks' vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.
