Primary Capital AdvisoryHoulihan Lokey Primary Capital Advisory ("PCA") is an established and growing player in the third-party fund placement and advisory space and part of a leading global investment bank. PCA has an experienced team of over 40 people across eight offices in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East who have collectively worked on over 300 fundraises since 2010 across a wide array of private equity fundraisings. PCA has recently integrated with the broader Capital Solutions team to provide a comprehensive suite of offerings across both private and public markets - including Credit Solutions and Market Advisory, Equity Capital Solutions (encompassing Secondaries, Directs / Co-investments), GP Advisory, and Primary Capital Advisory.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate has a strong academic record, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine interest in private market fundraising and capital advisory. While teamwork is central to the group's success, curiosity, initiative, and independent thinking are also encouraged.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's and/or master's degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
- Demonstrated interest in investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory through internships or coursework
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a polished and professional presentation style
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work products
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative while working collaboratively within a close-knit team
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine curiosity about the private equity industry, fundraising processes, and investor dynamics

The firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
