Primary Capital Advisory

Houlihan Lokey Primary Capital Advisory ("PCA") is an established and growing player in the third-party fund placement and advisory space and part of a leading global investment bank. PCA has an experienced team of over 40 people across eight offices in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East who have collectively worked on over 300 fundraises since 2010 across a wide array of private equity fundraisings. PCA has recently integrated with the broader Capital Solutions team to provide a comprehensive suite of offerings across both private and public markets - including Credit Solutions and Market Advisory, Equity Capital Solutions (encompassing Secondaries, Directs / Co-investments), GP Advisory, and Primary Capital Advisory.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a strong academic record, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine interest in private market fundraising and capital advisory. While teamwork is central to the group's success, curiosity, initiative, and independent thinking are also encouraged.
