Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience in full-cycle financial planning and analysis including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and work as both an individual contributor and within a large cross-functional team.
- Ability to influence through strong relationship management and data knowledge to manage a set of issues through executive and staff stakeholders.
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Staffing, etc.) without direct authority.

Responsibilities- Manage consolidated Operational Expenditure processes and financial performance across the TI portfolio, driving month-end close, forecasting, and risk/opportunity management. Act as the central Point of Contact (POC) for specific technical verticals such as data centers and research and development.
- Partner with TI Finance, Accounting, and Corporate Finance teams to deliver consolidated financial reports and communications for executive leadership.
- Modernize financial operations by advocating for and building AI-enhanced workflows to drive efficiency.
- Develop, refine, and continuously improve budgeting processes, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
- Oversee and consolidate monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring compliance with accounting requirements and supporting audit requests.
