Description
As a Financial Advisor Manager, you'll work with individuals and families to understand their financial goals, provide financial education, and help them evaluate strategies for protection, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and long-term financial security.
In addition to developing your own client relationships, you'll have the opportunity to grow into greater leadership responsibilities by helping train, mentor, and develop other financial professionals.
Previous financial services management experience is not required. We provide training, mentorship, and leadership development for individuals who demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, coachability, and the desire to grow.
Responsibilities
• Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and priorities
• Provide financial education and discuss appropriate strategies after completing required training and licensing
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Provide ongoing client service and financial reviews
• Develop new relationships through referrals, networking, and community outreach
• Participate in ongoing financial, leadership, and professional development
• Support the onboarding and development of newer team members as leadership responsibilities increase
• Help create a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team environment
• Work with senior leadership to establish and pursue individual and team goals
• Maintain applicable licensing and follow industry and compliance standards

• Previous leadership, management, sales, customer service, business ownership, coaching, or team-building experience is a plus
• Previous financial services experience is helpful but not required
• Must be eligible and willing to obtain applicable professional licensing
