Position Title: Financial Advisor - Business Development

Build meaningful relationships, bring sophisticated wealth strategies to high-net-worth clients, and grow your career alongside a deeply experienced advisory team. We are seeking an accomplished Financial Advisor with a strong business development mindset to cultivate new client relationships, expand a network of Centers of Influence, and provide an exceptional experience to existing clients. This role combines relationship development, financial strategy, and long-term client management within a highly collaborative, technology-forward environment.

The ideal candidate is a polished, relationship-driven financial professional who knows how to earn trust, generate new business, and communicate sophisticated financial strategies clearly. Salary Range: $145,000 - $180,000 / Year, DOE

Responsibilities
  • Develop new client and Center of Influence relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients through consistent, proactive communication
  • Identify financial planning opportunities and collaborate with clients and their advisors to develop sophisticated solutions
  • Advise clients across investment management, life insurance, annuities, retirement planning, tax planning and risk management strategies
  • Maintain a strong understanding of financial markets, economic conditions, regulatory developments and investment strategies
  • Partner closely with Wealth Managers and internal specialists to deliver a coordinated, team-based client experience
  • Clearly communicate complex financial concepts and strategies to clients, professional partners, and internal team members

Requirements
  • 5-10+ years of experience in financial services, insurance brokerage sales, or business development
  • Proven ability and drive to develop relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Active Series 65 or combination of Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance terminology, asset management, and risk management
  • CRM experience required, ideally with Salesforce or Orion
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to create polished presentations and effectively use technology throughout the sales and client relationship process
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and business development skills
  • Ability to successfully complete required broker and background checks

Preferred Qualifications
  • CFP, CFA or MBA
  • Life and Health General Lines license or willingness to obtain one
  • Experience working within the EOS model and processes
