Redlands CDJR Full-Time On-Site
Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 per year

Lead the Sales Floor. Close More Deals. Drive the Customer Experience.

Redlands CDJR is looking for an experienced automotive professional to join our leadership team in a unique hybrid role that combines Floor Manager, Sales Closer, and Finance (F&I) Writer responsibilities.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, enjoys mentoring sales professionals, and has the expertise to structure profitable deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience from the showroom floor to the finance office.

What You'll Do

As a Finance Writer, Closer, and Floor Manager, you will:
  • Lead daily showroom operations and support the sales team throughout the sales process.

  • Prepare finance and purchase documentation accurately and in compliance with dealership, lender, and legal requirements.

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership management experience, including both Finance (F&I) and Sales Floor Management.
  • Demonstrated success structuring deals and closing vehicle sales.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lender relationships, and compliance regulations.
  • Experience using dealership management systems (DMS), CRM platforms, and desking software.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Established relationships with prime and subprime automotive lenders.
  • Experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealerships.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
