Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced
Finance Testing Lead to manage and oversee testing activities for finance applications, systems, and business processes. The role requires strong expertise in finance domain testing, test strategy, defect management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end testing for finance transformation and application projects.
- Define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution approach.
- Validate Finance modules, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting processes.
- Coordinate with business users, developers, and project teams to resolve issues.
- Manage defect tracking, risk assessment, and testing status reporting.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing best practices.
Required Skills:- 8+ years of experience in QA/Testing with strong Finance domain expertise.
- Experience in Finance ERP testing (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
- Knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting.
- Expertise in SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications:- Finance or Accounting background (CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred).
- Relevant QA/Testing certifications.
