Finance Team Lead

We are looking for a Finance Team lead. This position will be based at Grand Prairie (Mayfield) and on site.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Own demand forecasting and volume planning for key product lines, incorporating external customer demand, internal requirements, and intercompany activity
  • Serve as a key liaison between supply chain (planning and procurement) and finance to align revenue forecasts and assess risks related to supply constraints
  • Analyze actual sales performance across product categories and configurations to identify trends, variances, and drivers
  • Evaluate margin performance by customer segment, with a focus on external customer profitability and margin quality
  • Partner with operations and materials management to monitor inventory levels, optimize stock position, and align procurement activity with forecasted demand
  • Monitor and analyze pricing changes in the market, including the financial impact of price increases and underlying cost drivers

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a finance role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current or former Siemens employees strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, cashflow management, and financial analysis processes.
  • Ability to handle technical finance tasks, including advanced modeling and data analysis.
  • High level of adaptability to changing priorities while consistently maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156,794 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
