Job Description

As a Finance Senior Manager supporting Consumer Operations serve as a key financial steward for a designated business area. This role is central to driving cost discipline, transparency, and strategic transformation across the operational landscape. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact financial and management reporting, planning, and analysis that directly supports enterprise-wide cost objectives and operational efficiency within your assigned scope.

You will partner closely with senior leaders to shape and execute financial strategies that align with long-term business goals, including cost reduction targets, productivity gains, and investment prioritization. Your work will help ensure that financial decisions are grounded in data, aligned with strategic priorities, and clearly communicated to stakeholders.

This is a high-visibility role where you'll be empowered to challenge the status quo, lead change, and influence outcomes that matter. You'll also play a critical role in developing talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting the evolution of Consumer Operations into a more agile, data-driven, and cost-effective organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for Consumer Operations divisions, ensuring alignment with strategic cost targets and transparency across stakeholders.
  • Deliver actionable financial insights and analysis to support cost transformation initiatives, including automation, offshoring, vendor synergies, and business restructuring.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and monitor cost reduction roadmaps, including savings targets and long-term cost-to-serve improvements.
  • Ensure financial plans and reporting reflect a clear understanding of allocations, risks, and opportunities within Consumer Operations.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as fraud transformation, private banking operations buildout, and credit/collections optimization through robust financial modeling and scenario planning.
  • Champion cost transparency by developing tools, dashboards, and narratives that clarify financial performance and support informed decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within your team and across partner functions.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, ideally with exposure to operations, unit costing, or shared services
  • Demonstrated success in leading cost transformation or strategic finance initiatives
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a focus on scenario planning and ROI analysis, including driver based expense modeling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and managing competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., Oracle Hyperion Essbase/Smart View)

Preferred:
  • Master's degree (MBA or related)
  • Experience supporting Consumer Operations or Collections functions

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: 8:30 - 5 PM
