Job SummaryThe Finance Services Manager I provides team and process leadership, subject matter expertise, and advanced analytical support for Payroll Accounting. This role drives innovative solutions and process improvements, ensuring accurate financial accounting, reporting, and compliance, while delivering value to internal and external stakeholders through collaboration and operational excellence. This role has potential for 1-2 direct reports.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead and execute month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting/analysis for assigned areas
- Deliver operational reporting and insights to support business activities (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, KPI development).
- Provide technical accounting guidance and financial analysis to support operational decision-making.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams, client bottlers, and external partners; coordinate and lead client/stakeholder meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
- Provide oversight, training, and development for internal and BPO team members; foster teamwork, collaboration, and engagement across teams.
- Serve as subject matter expert for relevant business processes and systems (e.g., SAP, Blackline, MARS, etc.).
- Support strategic initiatives and drive business results through innovative solutions and process improvements
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and customer value.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and company policies; support internal and external audit activities.

Education Requirements- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
- Preferred: Master's in Accounting or Finance and/or CPA
Years of ExperienceMinimum 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience
Required TravelWillingness and ability to travel as required based on business need. Less than 5% of travel.
