WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and leadership team, helping drive growth, profitability, and performance.
  • Lead annual planning, forecasts, and business performance reviews.
  • Translate financial data into clear insights and actions that drive results.
  • Drive value creation initiatives including margin improvement, working capital optimization, and cash flow performance.
  • Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, and M&A support, including integration activities.
  • Strengthen reporting and planning through automation, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Provide leadership on investment decisions, pricing, and capital allocation.
  • Build and develop a high-performing finance team and influence across a global, matrixed organization.


YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. MBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or operational finance is highly preferred.

    Pay Transparency

    nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

    Compensation Range:
    $204,400.00 - $304,000.00

    Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
