The Global Digital + Omni Strategy, Planning, and Operations team serves as the central function that translates enterprise digital strategy into coordinated global execution. It drives alignment across product, technology, data, and regional teams by establishing planningf rameworks, governance structures, and operating rhythms. The team oversees the global digital investment portfolio, ensuring priorities are sequenced, performance is tracked, and trade-offs are made effectively. By enabling scalable processes and cross-functional orchestration, it empowers regions to execute with both consistency and local relevance while accelerating growth.

core responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, with a strong emphasis on financial rigor and value realization. This role partners closely with Financial Planning & Analysis to develop and evaluate business cases, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure investments deliver measurable outcomes. The individual will drive alignment across stakeholders, translate strategic priorities into executable plans, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain business cases on behalf of the function for key initiatives, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and ongoing tracking of value realization against approved investments
  • Manage project and portfolio financials, including budgets, forecasts, and spend tracking in partnership with Finance and FP&A to ensure alignment to investment plans
  • Monitor and report on initiative performance through KPIs, dashboards, and regular updates, providing a clear view of progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, including status updates, business cases, and recommendations for senior leadership forums
  • Support planning cycles (e.g., annual planning, forecasting), ensuring initiatives are aligned to strategic priorities and accurately reflected in financial and operational plans
qualifications

  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, including preparing materials and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and SQL
  • PMP or other project management certification considered an asset.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$88,200-$115,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
