Annual salary: $100,000-$200,000The Role:A finance role in the real-estate industry with a focus on residential development, construction, and rentals. This role will:
- Build business cases that drive real decisions
- Work financing deals from the ground up
- Get on the keys - modeling, digging into numbers, forecasting
- Drive insight into action, not just analysis for analysis's sake
- Constantly improve business optics/reporting
Our finance team is responsible for business partnership, obtaining capital/cash planning, reporting/budgeting, and risk management.
