Full Job Description
The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for securing financing for customers, structuring deals, and presenting financial products in a compliant, transparent, and profitable manner. This role bridges the gap between the sales department and financial institutions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products including extended warranties, GAP insurance, service contracts, and protection packages
  • Secure financing through a network of lenders while obtaining the most competitive approvals for customers
  • Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and financial institutions
  • Review and verify customer credit applications and financial data
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (FTC, Truth in Lending, etc.)
  • Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals and maintain deal flow efficiency
  • Achieve monthly performance targets for product penetration and profit per deal
  • Provide a high level of customer service and build trust during the finance process
