About This Role

RGP is hiring for a Finance Manager-This role plays a critical role in driving financial visibility and decision-making across the organization. This position leads core FP&A processes-including monthly close support, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning-while delivering actionable insights through financial analysis, reporting, and business partnership. The role partners closely with supply chain leaders, accounting, and executive stakeholders to improve performance, streamline processes, and support strategic initiatives.

What You Will Work On
• Lead end-to-end forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes, including consolidation and variance analysis
• Support and enhance monthly close activities in partnership with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages and insights for executive leadership
• Analyze financial results, identify key drivers, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance
• Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and regional finance teams to align financial plans with business initiatives
• Build, own, and continuously improve complex financial models to support planning and strategic decision-making
• Develop executive-ready presentations and materials for business reviews and company meetings
• Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate reporting and forecasting processes
• Leverage large, complex datasets from multiple sources to generate insights and support data-driven decisions
• Lead or support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as needed

What You Will Bring

Education
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Experience
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, or related field
• Experience working with financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, and data consolidation
• Prior experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments is preferred

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful busine insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with financial systems such as TM1, HFM, QlikView, or similar tools
• Exposure to process automation, BI tools, or data visualization platforms

Salary:$150-175K
