Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance (F&I) within a dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of Oregon state and federal automotive finance regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficient in using dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM tools.
• Ability to structure deals, analyze credit reports, and work with multiple lenders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• A high school diploma is required; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
