Finance Manager

Location: Richmond, VA - hybrid

The Opportunity:

The Finance Manager serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, delivering financial insights that drive performance and support enterprise-wide initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical foundation, business acumen, and the ability to influence through data and storytelling.

The Finance Manager is a key contributor in a critical environment and may direct the work of others without formal management responsibilities. The senior analyst is expected to use judgment and anticipate change in addition to developing resolutions to complex problems.

Further, the expectation the finance professional is that they exert significant latitude in determining objectives of assignment and completes to fruition without supervision.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads financial planning, including forecasting and budgeting

Minimum Requirements:

  • Hybrid or On-site position with some work performed from home. The person selected will need to be able to work in the office 2-3 times per week. If the candidate selected wishes to work from the Richmond office 100% of the time, this can also be accommodated

  • Position may require up to two trips per year for major business meetings or conferences.
