Finance Manager, Global Pricing (Remote)Full time, United States
In this role, you will prepare strategic pricing proposals for national, regional, and multinational new business tenders and focus on the retention/expansion efforts of the existing client base.
As a Finance Manager, Global Pricing, you will- Support new business development efforts, including building and editing financial pricing models for prospective clients
- Support existing client retention and expansion efforts, including upholding pricing policies and procedures to ensure financial proposals are accurate, profitable, and designed in conjunction with overall company objectives
- Provide financial review and profitability analysis for distribution to senior executives
- Calculate and track sales quota and commission plan performance for sales team
- Align across functional units to create winning pricing strategies and proposals
- Develop creative and cost effective plans to meet client objectives
About you- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive accounting or finance experience
- Proficiency in accounting software, Spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Capable of working in a team environment as a role model, supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, and assisting in special projects
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, remotely-located, and cross-functional teams
- Effective time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in a corporate business setting in an analytical function
- Strong problem-solving abilities - anticipating and resolving issues
- Learning agility, and clear, persuasive communication with cross-functional partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Finance Manager, Global Pricing is between $68,000 and $93,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
