About The Role This position is responsible for assisting with developing, managing, and achieving our company's financial goals. The successful candidate will interact with segment management to assist in preparing annual plans and to provide reports and analysis of monthly financial results.
What You'll Do - Analyze the segment's business operating results on a monthly basis and develop appropriate commentary for different audiences. Work with segment/regional/industry leads to understand business drivers, issues and opportunities.
- Produce monthly management reports for Senior Management, including financial information, key metrics and variance analysis.
- Assist in the development, consistent definition and tracking of key financial and operational performance indicators.
- Assist with the development of quarterly commentary of Segment MD&A analysis for external reporting needs.
- Continuously improve the accuracy and speed of recurring reporting.
- Support the budgeting/forecast processes, including revenue and expense assumptions, assessment of risks and opportunities, and analysis for management decision making.
- Assess various business scenarios and translate changing economic, regulatory and other local conditions into financial implications.
- Assist with development of ongoing profitability tracking and reporting.
- As needed, participate in financial modeling requirements for potential acquisitions, etc.
- Support the long-term strategic planning process, ensuring reasonableness of assumptions and output.
- Provide ad hoc reporting as needed to support segment or Corporate needs.
- Maintain detailed accounting of various accounts as it relates to variable compensation plans, bonus plans and commission plans

What You Will Need To SucceedBasic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with a concentration on financial analyses
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with analyzing financial statements, operations and management reporting processes and systems.
- Experience with development of variance and trend financial analysis.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including use of Visual Basic and macro development.
- Knowledgeable user of financial systems, TM1, Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, database or other report writing tools, and business intelligence tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and revenue recognition
- CPA/CFA highly desirable, MBA preferred
CompensationMinimum Pay: $108,500
Maximum Pay: $185,000
