Job Description:KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
Financial Planning & Forecasting (FP&A):- Collaborate with business units to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Analyze financial results, variances and trends to provide insights and recommendations for management decision-making.
- Prepare financial models to support long-term strategic planning and scenario analysis; generate accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
Corporate SG&A:- Own the consolidation, forecasting, and strategic analysis of CORP SG&A expenditures, delivering insights that support cost discipline and organizational investment decisions.
- Enhance CORP SG&A reporting capabilities through automation, reporting development, and advanced analytics, improving financial transparency and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to corporate function leaders, guiding budgeting and resource allocation decisions while identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Power BI:- Manage and maintain Power BI reporting solutions, including the timely upload and validation of monthly financial results, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Power BI by streamlining reporting processes, enhancing data quality, and executing data cleansing activities to improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
Corporate Treasury:- Support daily US cash positioning - ensuring adequate liquidity and executing required funding for operations.
- Partner with Regional and HQ Finance, Collections and Payment Operations teams to build and present short- and long-term global cashflow forecasts, including attending bi-weekly regional calls (with after-hours APAC coverage) and completing variance analysis.
- Ensure capital expenditures and large nonrecurring outflows are captured in the forecast and recommend strategies to optimize the company's liquidity position.
Receivable Factoring:- Manage the day-to-day operation of the accounts receivable factoring program, including preparation and submission of receivable assignment schedules, funding requests, and reconciliation of advances, collections and reserves.
- Monitor receivable eligibility, customer concentration limits and ineligible balances to maximize available funding capacity under the factoring facility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the factor, managing reporting requirements, covenant compliance and periodic audits, and partnering with Credit and Collections teams to resolve disputed or aged invoices.
- Support reconciliation of factored receivable activity to the general ledger and ensure accurate accounting and reporting of advances, fees and discount charges.
- Incorporate factoring inflows and fees into the short- and long-term cash forecast.
Risk Management & Insurance:- Support the Global Risk Manager in maintaining SEKO's global insurance programs, including property & casualty and logistics coverages, and assist business and sales teams on insurance-related requests.
- Assist with annual insurance renewals - gathering and validating underwriting data, coordinating with brokers and carriers, and supporting responses to certificate of insurance and claims-history requests.
Process Improvement, Compliance & Controls:- Proactively lead continuous process improvement efforts to optimize treasury and financial planning processes and operations.
- Support the Sr. Manager, Global FP&A in implementing best practices to enhance accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in global treasury, risk and finance projects and initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide financial initiatives.
- Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, insurance programs and risk management frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Great Plains), Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and BI tools (e.g., MS PowerBI) a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills, with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex financial information clearly and effectively across departments and at all levels.
- A keen sense of ownership, and highly adaptable to a fast-changing environment; flexible, resourceful, with a "can-do" service-oriented demeanor.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Process improvement and change leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products; strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Office-based (HYBRID) with occasional travel as required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of combined experience across corporate treasury, FP&A and/or Corp Finance, preferably in a PE backed company.
Preferred:- MBA, CPA, or another industry designation.
- Logistics industry experience.

Compensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $95,500 - $136,400 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
