Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- 7 years of experience in engaged intelligence, equity research, consulting, or a related role, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in engaged intelligence in the technology sector.
- Experience partnering with executive stakeholders to define intelligence needs, set priorities, and balance short-term vs. long-term deliverables.

- Excellent investigative and critical thinking skills with an ability to distill data into clear, actionable insights.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$248,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities - Monitor industry trends and financial developments to identify opportunities and threats. Synthesize data from securities and exchange commission (SEC) filings, analyst reports, and industry experts to validate market insights across business models and go-to-market strategies.
- Establish automated reporting mechanisms to deliver market insights to leadership, streamlining communication and driving continuous process improvement.
- Develop performer benchmarks to optimize quarterly earnings insights and long-term resource allocation. Lead end-to-end research studies aligned with key organizational growth goals.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Operations teams to define addressable markets and analyze market share to uncover new business opportunities.
- Lead the Cloud metrics council to standardize the governance and external disclosure of key metrics (e.g., Earnings, Google Next). Partner across teams to craft data-backed narratives and provide rapid, ad-hoc analysis for executive leadership.
