Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
Proven experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bookkeeping.
Expertise in preparing financial statements, reconciliations, cash flow reports, and financial forecasts.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary finance contact for company leadership and clients.
Manage all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, payroll, and banking operations.
Supervise offshore accountants to ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.
Prepare and review invoices, following up on receivables and resolving billing issues.
Process various payments including vendor, payroll, and loan payments.
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks for various transactions.
Prepare monthly financial statements including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet statements, and conduct cash flow monitoring.
